The living room as a great sofa and comfy chair with ottoman, Smart TV with and free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table seats 6. Off the living room is a full bath with walk in shower and stackable washer and dryer. And wait for this... the light/fan in this bathroom is Bluetooth and you can play music while you are getting ready! The master bedroom features a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Full bath convenient to both bedrooms with a shower/tub combo. Roll away twin cot can be used in the living room. Off the kitchen is the door to the spacious fenced backyard. Enjoy sitting area under the beautiful towering shade trees. Grill some BBQ on the propane grill under the Texas stars. Relax in the hammock!

To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $2300 per month. 2 dogs allowed at an additional rate of $150 per month per dog.
