Highlights of your rental include upscale furnishings and stylish modern accents. The guest casita provides even more comfy living space as well as a private sleeping area.
Large bay windows flood the living area with inviting California sunshine. Two sofas (one of which converts to a full-size sleeper) offer plenty of comfy seating. Relax and stream favorite Netflix shows on the 45” smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances. Prepare fresh ingredients on spacious granite countertops.
When it’s time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for three in the dining area or opt to dine outside at the table for six in the backyard.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 30” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is furnished with a twin daybed with a twin-size trundle. Watch favorite shows on the 30” TV.
The guest casita contains a spacious and serene third bedroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find a wet bar, a plush sofa and love seat, as well as a wall-mounted TV. Sleep soundly in a queen-size bed in the loft sleeping area. The second bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
A half bath provides additional convenience.
Kick back on the Adirondack chairs and sip morning coffee in the grassy front yard.
Relax in the backyard and enjoy the beautiful California weather. Recline in the plush seating lounge as burgers sizzle on the gas grill. The dining table seats six to alfresco meals.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Ample street parking can be found in front of the home. (Street cleaning occurs every Tuesday and Wednesday during the second and fourth weeks of each month.)
Beach chairs, surfboards, a kayak, and two bicycles are provided. The backyard hot tub is not functional at this time.
Window AC units provide cooling.
Situated just 0.5 miles from Main Street, you can walk to the heart of downtown in just 10 minutes. Explore unique shops, local eateries, and festive nightlife.
Walk or bike 0.9 miles to catch a wave at Huntington City Beach or to cast a line from the pier. Stroll out to the end of the pier to enjoy dinner with an ocean view at Ruby’s Diner.
