You may hear noise from concrete grinding, dust is expected as well due to the grinding, and see construction crews onsite and working during your stay. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a HDTV, while the Guest bedroom has a Queen Bed with a HDTV. Both bedrooms offer large closets and ceiling fans as well.
There are 2 updates bathrooms in the condo, that both feature spacious walk in showers.

Dolphin Point is situated on the Destin Harbor on Holiday Isle. Conveniences comprise a large harbor-side pool and tennis courts, brilliant views of the Destin Harbor, and a two block, seven minute walk to the beach access. The 1,200 sq. ft. unit is well well-appointed to be your home away from home, and the laundry facility is at the end of each hall by the elevators. Sit back, relax, watch the boats go by, and relish the sunset.
You must come to our main office for check-in and receive your parking passes before going to Dolphin Point. Our office is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541. After leaving our office you will turn left out of the back of the parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr. Follow Gulf Shore Drive until you reach the first stop sign. Turn right onto Moreno Point Road. Follow the road until it dead ends into Dolphin Point. The "A" building is first on the left, "B" is in the middle on the left, and "C" is on the right by the pool.
