We loved this house! The downstairs bed was pretty hard. It caused some back pain. However I realize some people prefer a firmer mattress so it would be great if you do. The hot tub was awesome to have right outside. My one year ole found some candy and popcorn left under beds and couches from someone who stayed there before us. Overall it was a great experience.

Desert Tortoise was a perfect place for a girl’s get away. It was roomy, clean , beds were very comfortable, and decorated very nicely. We would stay here again. It is close to Snow Canyon where we went hiking. It is a little out of the way from a lot of amenities like restaurants and shops but we kind of enjoyed been away from this.

We had a lovely stay. The home was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the amenities-pools, pickle ball, hot tub.

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the hot tub after playing softball. Do you have in your flatscreen TV in every bedroom was super nice. Only about 10 minutes away from supermarket. Huge heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi was very relaxing. Couldn’t ask for anything more I give it five out of five stars.

We loved our stay. Unit was exactly as described. Around the block from the pool which was great! We were missing our pool key and within a few minutes after our call, one was delivered to our door. If we ever find ourselves in St. George again, we would book again.

The property was updated and beds were plentiful as well as bathrooms so that was wonderful. The pickle ball courts were a hit with my family and the private hot tub was enjoyable. Would definitely stay again and again. One bathroom wasn't as clean as one would expect with hair left in the drain. The cleaning fees are expensive so they should've been cleaner. Overall great stay.

Property and home description was overall accurate. We had nice views of the red hills towards Snow Canyon from back yard and back windows. Back yard backed up against Ledges parkway and also highway. But, it appeared most houses in development had backyards with view of other backyards so highway noise preferable to people noise for us. Ok sized back patio. Very small garage that we used to store bicycles and golf clubs. Nice supply and decent quality of kitchen items. Big pantry to house food supplies, etc. management responsive to inquiries. Beds and linens comfortable. Plenty of towels provided.

Comfy place to stay. Great hot tub super surroundings. Very well equipped. <br/>Carpets and rugs needed to be cleaned, no soap in dispensers upstairs, housekeeping never showed up to fill.

We wanted a spring break getaway where we could hang out as a family and Desert Tortoise didn't disappoint. The house was spacious, clean, and bright. The neighborhood was quiet and the location worked well for us. It's near an entrance to Snow Canyon State Park and a short trip into St George. There is easy access to a bike/walking path as well. The property management company was responsive when the water treatment system in the garage pumped a significant amount of water onto the garage floor. That's the only drawback we experienced. Until a longer hose is placed on the drain anything on the floor could get wet. Fortunately we saw it as it started and we're able to move our bike gear. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The home had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds and linen were luxurious and the views were spectacular, especially the sunsets. We'll be back often to this beautifully decorated home. It even had books and videos and snacks to make us welcome. It's a five star resort!

We love staying at the ledges. cost is reasonable and facilities are immaculate. spent our Christmas here and and it was everything we wanted. the only critique if I have to give one is the water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was weak.

The place was immaculate and nicely decorated. Felt like home. Very comfortable, lots of room, and a very quiet area. Great views of the red mountains and close to all kinds of outdoor activities. We didn't want to leave. We will be back for sure!
