Welcome to Desert Retreat at the incredible Desert Color community! This up-and-coming resort is creating a lot of buzz for a reason! From the moment you walk in the door, you will appreciate the brand new, sparkling clean vibe that awaits you. Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. This kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could walk when preparing a meal for your group away from home. When you head upstairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms - including a second master bedroom with ensuite - before you head up to the 3rd level loft. This upper level boasts a full pull-out sofa, a pop-a-shot basketball game, and a beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy those Southern Utah evenings and stars. Feel free to bring the little ones along, who will love a wagon ride over to the resort pool or around the neighborhood.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and a half-mile of white-sand shoreline, the Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more!
We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.
