We enjoyed our stay at the Desert Oasis very much. It had the perfect space for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked. The cooking pans were good quality and they had plenty of spices and dishes. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Had a couple of questions for the manager and they responded quickly. Loved the decks and patio as well as the pool and pickleball courts. Great little getaway for us all!

From the beginning of planning and making reservations I received excellent service. It took several changes as our plans evolved and with each contact the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Everything was perfect for our stay. The accomodations were spacious and comfortable. Less than a half hour drive to great hiking, biking, parks, groceries, restaurants, and tuacahn. The whole facility was great including pools and pickleball.

We took adult kids to Snow Canyon for the half marathon and golf for the guys. Desert Oasis at the Ledges was perfect - in location for both and the condo was perfect! Each child and their spouse had their own room and we were able to play games and have a great time together as a family. No problems - easy access - and quiet neighborhood!

This beautiful was so clean and specious made it great place to stay while we had our softball tournament. We love all the amenities that the home has. Very welcoming home feeling.

This house was clean, comfortable, and convenient for the things we wanted to do. We would have like more parking on the weekend, but that was a small challenge. THe house had been well cleaned, had all the ammenities we wanted, and 4 bathrooms! Each of our kids had their own bathroom, sleeping quarters, and private space. The pools were great, fun pickleball court, and convenient location for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if its available when we need it. Excellent experience!

We had a great time here. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Honestly everything you need in a rental property. The neighborhood was pleasant. There was a cool walking/biking trail nearby I used to run. The pool was great too!<br/><br/>The only minor negative was the condition of some of the pool area equipment. Many (like half) of the loungers and chairs were broken. Usable, but broken. Also it was a little dirty, with beer cans and trash in the pool filters. It seems like a single person making a cleaning sweep in the morning would have helped.<br/><br/>But, we still enjoyed the pool area and amenities. And the unit itself was pristine, no issues whatsoever.

The Property Management here is amazing! Such good communication before, during and after our stay! I had a question about the TVs at this rental and they answered all my questions and even sent maintenance to help me out!<br/>They really want you to have a good stay and a great experience at the rental property you book.<br/>Book with the Ledges you won't be disappointed!

We loved staying here. The condo had everything we needed and made it easy for our entire family to stay in one place. It was great to be able to cook our own meals and still feel at home while we were here for most of the week. The property was amazing and the amenities were great. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future.

Loved this property...very well decorated, we were very pleased with the aesthetics! The downfall was the air conditioning downstairs in the master bedroom. You couldn't set the AC lower than 72 degrees, but the master bedroom definitely felt hotter than 72...probably because it's next to the garage. I called the office and left a message. Nobody returned my message, called again, Kimber said someone would come out to look at it. Nobody did. We rented Ebikes and rode them through Snow Canyon. It was Insane!! The Ledges are only a 3 minute drive to the entrance of Snow Canyon.

We had a group of 10 people and had plenty of room and space for everyone. We were a little concerned about the "loft" area for the kids if it would keep them up at all if we stayed up later but the open area is not over the living room. It was perfect not a problem. We enjoyed our stay. It was about an hour away from Zion and minutes from Snow Canyon State Park. We had fun exploring both.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful, clean and inviting property. It was everything we had hoped for and well stocked with all the essentials promised. We loved the pool and pickle ball courts and were close enough to both Zions National and Snow Canyon State parks to enjoy superb hiking. We'll stay again.

Our family had the best stay here! It was my family and my sisters families. Plenty of space and so nice! We would 1000% stay here again!

The home is beautiful & very comfortable. Very clean. We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was nice that there are 2 pools. We will definitely come back & stay again!

Everything we needed was there. We had the best time during our stay. We loved the Condo and the staff making the reservation were great to work with.We are already talking about coming back.

I loved this rental. It was clean and in a beautiful location close to St. George.It was a little disturbing to choose it and then have to sign documents saying that if the unit was sold we would have to move to another one. We chose the unit because it had the right number of beds and bathrooms for us. It would have been disturbing to then end up somewhere else.
