Delroy Curly Ray’s Comal Condo at Camp Warnecke Estates has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths located on the banks of the beautiful Comal River; across the street from Schlitterbahn; an easy walk to the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The perfect location for your family vacation. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo overlooks the crystal clear Comal River from its two balconies high up in the treetops. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the Comal River and get out at your own backdoor steps or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. Enjoy the pool and hot tub or explore the beautiful Hill Country. So many things to do you’ll want to stay a week!
The kitchen which opens into the dining and living area is fully equipped. The dining table seats six and there is room for three at the bar, plus there is a table on the balcony that seats four. There is a full sized washer and dryer, should you need them. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat, perfect for gathering together to play games or for watching cable TV. There is also a half bath on this level.
Upstairs is a large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, balcony overlooking the river, and private master bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (which could be pushed together to form a king size bed) and its own bathroom. A pack n play is also available. All linens are furnished.
There are 2 parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $1795 per month. Not Available November and December for monthly rental.

As for the the management company, New Braunfels Escapes was prompt in responding when the water went off due to a break in the water main. They stayed in touch until we had water back on later in the day. That in addition to the fantastic communication during the reservation phase won a customer for life. I will make sure to recommend them and will surely use them again when I need to rent something in the area.
All in all, this place is well worth the money and the location couldn't be more perfect! The river just makes everything less stressful.
