Deer Valley Black Bear 408A is a penthouse unit located in the sought-after Black Bear Lodge, which is located mid-mountain within Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village. This one-level, loft luxury condo has been remodeled and professionally decorated to include all the amenities you expect from resort-style lodging. It offers 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can easily sleep up 10 guests. If you desire additional space and accommodations, this property can be combined with Black Bear 408B to includes space and accommodations for up to 22 guests.
Upon entering this wonderful property, you will step right into main living area and great room holding living room, kitchen and dining areas, all with gorgeous hardwood flooring.
