This 2nd floor walk up one and a half bedroom apartment is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, and a smaller sleeping space with a full sized bed, one bath, a kitchen/dining area, and spacious lounging area. The unit is suitable for two adults and one-two small children. The unit also has a built in work area with desks and lighting. You will enjoy free wi-fi, streaming TVs, private dining area, and a private full bath. Conference room available.

This apartment is located in a mixed-use (office and residential spaces) building with low traffic. There is one long term residential tenant on the 2nd floor, a traveling nurse rental on the ground floor, and office spaces on the 2nd floor.

The property has a beautiful lawn and outdoor seating for smokers or for just unwinding, relaxing, and enjoying the day.

In addition to the private kitchen located in the apartment, the property has a large shared kitchen on the ground floor, a shared half bath, as well as a professional conference room. There is a shared laundry area on the 2nd floor of the building.

This property is located in the Historic Quapaw Quarters near the Governor's Mansion, Clinton Library, Main St. and downtown Little Rock where there are many restaurants and entertainment.
