The trailhead around Angora Lake is nearby, and popular Camp Richardson offers a marina, swimming, and snowshoeing in less than 7 miles. The Heavenly Village, ski resort, and the casinos await 20 minutes away.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The spacious and welcoming living room has a gas fireplace, 40” TV, and a sectional.
The open-concept layout leads to a gourmet kitchen, where ebony granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine. A roomy French-door fridge and professional Viking gas stove enhance the culinary experience.
Three can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, and there's room for eight more at the dining table. Enjoy meals alfresco amid pine views on the balcony.
Kick back in the lower-level second living room, with a cozy sectional, 40” TV, plus games galore — choose from billiards, foosball, darts, or a round on the Playstation. A kitchenette offers a wine fridge, and sliding glass doors lead to the expansive yard.
Upstairs, the opulent master suite has a king bed. A jetted soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, and water closet can be found in the spa-like en-suite bathroom.
The inviting second and third bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth guest room has two twin beds. Two additional baths both offer tub/shower combinations. A convenient half bath serves this floor.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two cars in the garage and three in the driveway are provided. This rental does not have air-conditioning.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
From casinos and ski mountains to trailheads and shops, your getaway is close to everything you'll want to explore. Swim or boat at popular Camp Richardson in 6.4 miles, or hop on the Angora Lake trailhead around the corner for an exhilarating hike.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is 8 people and 5 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. VHR20-0129
