ABOUT THE CABIN
The main living area features a gas fireplace and hardwood floors, offering the perfect spot to relax after your Tahoe adventures. Watch favorite shows on the 60” TV.
Upstairs, a second living area is complete with a wet bar with mini-fridge.
The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances, including a gas range and two dishwashers. When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-person breakfast bar or in the dining area.
Comfortable sleeping arrangements include two master suites: one has a California king bed, 46” TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with sunken jetted tub; the other has a California king bed, 46” TV, and an en-suite with a shower/tub combination.
The third and fourth bedrooms both have a California king bed and 46” TV.
The third-floor loft is perfect for kids with three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and 46” TV.
Make use of the gas grill on the large wraparound porch and host an afternoon cookout, then gather around the fire pit. Slip into the hot tub for a relaxing end to your day. The woodsy backyard is completely fenced for privacy.

A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a standard Electric Level 2 car charger, and parking for six cars between the garage and driveway are provided.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok).
Located within biking distance of both Camp Richardson and the Tahoe Keys Marina, there are a plethora of outdoor adventures nearby. Sign up for waterskiing lessons or rent a boat and take to the lake. This property is also close to some of area’s best dining, including the Beacon Bar & Grill, Artemis, The Lake House, Ernie’s, and The Burger Lounge.
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people and 6 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction.
This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Hot tub use is not allowed after 10pm. No smoking is permitted. VHR License #010001.
