ABOUT THE HOUSE
Vaulted ceilings and pinewood floors are featured throughout the upper-level living space. Watch shows on the 64” TV.
The room opens to a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, a full suite of appliances, and a four-seat breakfast bar. Dine at a wooden dining table with eight chairs.
Head outside to a private deck with a gas grill and a four-seat table.
Downstairs, a second living area offers a quiet space to relax with a sleeper sofa and 49" TV. Glass doors lead out to a lower-level deck.
The house sleeps eight between three bedrooms and the queen sleeper sofa in the second living area.
Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom promises a good night’s sleep on a comfy queen bed.
The property has two full bathrooms. A bathroom on the upper level has a tub/shower combination, and a lower-level bathroom features a walk-in shower with gorgeous stone tiles.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 3 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking and no pets.
