Crestview 603 - a Winter Park Property
2 bedroom with spacious loft at Crestview condos located in downtown Winter Park. This unit is on the 6th floor and has over 1300 square feet spread over 3 levels.
The lower level main entrance features a tiled floor and space to store jackets, coats, and boots. The first bedroom is on the bottom floor and has queen bed with an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom features a jetted bathtub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and full attached bathroom. Both bottom floor bedrooms feature large windows with great natural lighting.
The third level of this unit is a lofted space overlooking the living room. The third floor loft has 2 twin beds and a 3/4 bathroom.
The middle floor of this unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances. The separate dining area has a large table with seating for 6. There is seating for an additional 3 people at the breakfast bar. Step outside to the balcony to courtyard views through the sliding glass door in the dining room. The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating a TV, VCR, DVD, CD system, and free in unit Wi-Fi. Living Room has mountain views and lots of natural light.
Crestview Condos features underground parking with a ramp to an elevator that brings you to the 6th floor. There are coin operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor.
