Crestview 603 - a Winter Park Property
2 bedroom with loft Crestview condo located in downtown Winter Park. This unit is on the 6th floor and has over 1300 square feet spread over 3 levels.
The lower level main entrance with tiled floor and area to store jackets, coats and boots has queen bed with en-suite bathroom including a jetted bathtub and second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The upper level lofted third bedroom has 2 twin beds that overlooks the living room and has a 3/4 bathroom.
On the middle floor is a fully equipped kitchen. The separate dining area has a large table and seating for 6 persons with an additional spot for 3 people at the breakfast bar. Step outside to the balcony through the sliding glass doors in the living room and overlook the courtyard with a view of downtown Winter Park. The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling a gas fireplace, comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the TV, VCR, DVD, CD System and free in unit Wi-Fi access. Living Room has mountain views and lots of light.
Underground covered parking garage under the unit with elevator to the 6th floor. Coin operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor.
From Winter Park to Grand Lake, Fraser Valley is a year round playground and offers the best of the Rockies- including our very own 14er: Byers Peak! And is an incredible basecamp to enjoy all that Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, or Winter Park Ski Resort has to offer plus quaint towns, where you can dine, shop and more.
Our location, tucked against the Continental Divide, ensures dependable snow all winter long. Skiers and snowboarders will be happy with two downhill resorts, learn-to-ski-and-ride parks, and four cross-country resorts with miles of groomed tracks.
Bikers and hikers will love this mountain paradise with over 600 miles of trails to explore. River rafting, fishing, golfing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and the longest alpine slide in Colorado ensure that there is something for everyone.
Even more activities are available if youd prefer to stay inside: museums, art galleries and movie theaters and bowling. Theres indoor recreation at the Grand Park Community Recreation Center, including a climbing wall, pools, a waterslide, an indoor gym, and more. (Please note that social distancing guidelines may affect the availability of some amenities.)
Getting around is easy with The Lift, the free shuttle service will transport you from your lodging, the Amtrak Station or wherever you may be in Winter Park & Fraser to your intended destination. The Lift Rider app lets you view service area maps, stops, schedules, and the real-time location of the bus.
