Our spacious 4BR/3BA house has a classic Tahoe feel. An active bunch (of all ages!) will love it here. We’re located in the Tahoe Donner community, so your stay gets you access to all of Tahoe Donner’s amenities: everything from skiing to boating to childcare to the Trout Creek Rec Center's three swimming pools (including toddler pool), fitness facilities, sauna, hot tub, and a lot more. There's even private HOA access to a Donner Lake beach!

The main living area is an open space with fantastic lofted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare group meals. There is even a waffle maker for lazy mornings in! Perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three, or enjoy group meals at the dining table set for four. The dining area has beautiful views of the surrounding trees.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.
The spacious master is furnished with a king-size bed, and has its own en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed. In the third bedroom you’ll find a twin daybed and trundle, and the fourth has full-size double bunks—the kids will love it!
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and garage parking for two cars along with driveway parking for two.
Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Enjoy incredible amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Your purchase also includes access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. You’ll also enjoy a plethora of fantastic public amenities. Discover the area's best family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. In the summer, practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.
Please note that this home has a steep, downward sloping driveway. 4WD or chains are required to park in this driveway during the winter season.
