Cozy Beach Condo
Best Escape Anyone Can Have. Your next stay at the beach can be best escape in this one-bedroom condo. It sleeps 6 on the 2 queen beds and the sofa sleeper in the living area. It is on the fourth floor you can take the stairs or the elevator. You and your party can cool off in the large pool or enjoy the hot tub in the evening. There is a full sized kitchen if you want to make a quick breakfast or buy some steaks and fajitas and grill by the pool. Eat under the stars at night or the cover area during the day. If you chose to pack a cooler you can walk to the beach, which is a short three-minute walk.
When you are not sun bathing on the beach, you can enjoy the condo. It has a nice living area. Sit back and watch TV in the coolness of the unit. Take a nap on the one of the beds or stretch out on the sofa sleeper. You can surf the net to find a seaside shop that sells souvenirs, sea shells, or a bathing suit. You can google favorite seafood restaurants or where the island zip line is located. You can also sit outside on the balcony and watch the seagulls or enjoy watching the people at the nearby waterpark.
All linen, towels, kitchen utensils, plates, shampoo, and soap are provided. There are plenty of grills by the pool.
This condo is located in a perfect location. It is walking distance to the beach. It is right next to the waterpark. There is a large parking area. It located in a quiet part of the island. Easy access to Gulf View II. It is just off the causeway to the right.
All guests must be at least 25 years old except children with parents.
Note to March Renters: March is Spring Break Month. The HOA is adding a $30 charge during the month of March for each guest to use facilities. Guest will be given a WRISTBAND to use while using facility. This charge is due to other people (not paying guests) coming to use the pool and facilities. Thank you.
