ABOUT THE CONDO
A full three stories make this condo feel airy and spacious, with plenty of room and privacy for up to eight guests. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen are bright, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed. A handsome dining table seats six.
Relax on a sectional in the living room and watch a movie on the TV. The gas fireplace is cozy in the wintertime, and a sliding glass door to the balcony means year-round sunshine.
The elegant primary bedroom has a king bed and a private patio with peaceful morning light.
The second guest room has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed.
The roomy loft occupies the third floor and has a queen bed and a TV.
Two guest bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and a walk-in shower, respectively.

A washer/dryer set, electric grill, and unassigned parking for two vehicles in the lot is provided.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
The Kingswood Village pool and sauna are open seasonally, Memorial Day through Labor Day, while the fitness center and outdoor amenities are open all season.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
At Kingswood Village you’re close to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer: picturesque Kings Beach, scenic hiking, mountain trails, and skiing that can’t be beat. Nearby resorts, including Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley, offer a plethora of year-round activities. Visit The Village at Northstar for a wide range of shops and restaurants, or climb 2,000 feet in Squaw Valley’s Aerial Tram to take in the panoramic mountain views.
Enjoy the amenities at Kingswood Village including a shared outdoor pool, sauna, and tennis courts. There are lots of convenient hiking, biking, and jogging trails in the Kings Beach area.
