We stayed in Condo 13A. Upon arrival the kids were hot, tired and had to use the bathroom. After climbing the two flights of stairs, we couldn't open the door with the key code they gave us. I called the office and they said someone would come and open the door. We had to wait about 20 minutes. When the young man came he told us the batteries for the door lock were dead. Once inside the condo was very hot, as the air condidtioning had not been turned on. After settling in, I realized I had to put sheets on all the bunkbeds for the four kids, which was very hard to do since they all wanted to sleep on the top bunks. With that said, the condo was very spacious, clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer, but I was not told that I would be sharing it with the renters next door. The location was great, right across the street from Dollywood. I would suggest to the owners that they check the lock function on the doors and turn on the ac or heat to have it comfortable when guests arrive. I would also suggest some outside lighting. It was very dark at night and we really could not see while climbing up or down the stairs. Lastly, there was only one TV. It would have been nice to have one more TV in a bedroom so my husband and I could have relaxed in another room while the children were watching kid shows. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would rent again. I felt bad about making so many calls to the office, but the staff was very professional and helpful.

When we arrived at the check in office it was closed due to weather but we called the 800 number and they put us in a very nice cabin for same price.

The chalet was very clean. Plenty of sheets and towels. Every bed had a pillow and blanket. Sleeping arrangements were fine there are three rooms, two with a full and two bunks and one with two bunks. The only problem we had was that we had many children and teens and the person underneath apparently could hear every little sound, so if you are bringing a group of young people you may want to reauest a bottom chalet. The kitchen was well equipped. Average sized pots and pans. Overall good, but I hate that we disturbed the person underneath us. Will only stay here again in a bottom chalet.

This property looks exactly as pictured inside & out. Great location across from Dollywood & Splash Country. All amenities listed are actually in the unit. Grounds are clean and well-maintained. Very spacious accommodations with a great view. We were only able to stay 1 night but definitely will return and stay longer. The units are supplied with everything needed in the full kitchen-just bring your groceries!

Good Clean property with great views.<br/>Great customer service, We had issues with our Lock code and they helped resolving it promptly..This location is very close to Dollywood and less than 5-8mins drive from pigeon forge hotspots.

Condo was exactly what we needed. Could sleep 16. We only had 6, so we had plenty of space. The 2 large beds were too soft, but still good. Main purpose of our trip was 3 days at Dollywood. Very convenient location for that.

Our church men's ministry has stayed here before, and both times we found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are nice and ideal for larger groups (we stayed in A,B,C, and D of lodge 13. The location is very convenient and the amenities were exactly as described.<br/>When we arrived we did not have cable TV and we were told that Comcast had an outage that would not be resolved for a few days. Even though the fault was not with Eden Crest or its management, they compensated us by arranging for a free dinner at a local family style restaurant at a cost of nearly $300 - you can't beat that for customer service!<br/>The rooms were immaculately clean and well kept with plenty of sheets and towels available.<br/>We will use these same facilities in the future, and I would recommend the same to anyone who asks.

Very nice place where family can relax and feel at home. Very clean. Refrigerator was not working but was replaced early next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Our entire team stayed here while we took part in the Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge. It was a great week! Just wish we were closer to the pool.

We loved it. Will be back next year.

This rental property is very clean and suitable for large group. It also works perfectly for family with small kids because there is very limited decoration on the wall or the tables. In this case, we don't have to worry that these things might be broken by the kids. We had a great time! Everyone in the group likes this property.

We had 26 youth and adults stay in Briarstone Lodge 13A & 13B. We had a great time. Close enough to Gatlinburg CVC to make our Xtreme Winter sessions and far enough away from the hustle to unwind and grow closer to God and each other. Our only negatives would be:<br/>1. that our downstairs neighbors complained about noise and we felt we were relatively quiet so there may be some flooring issues to address.<br/>2. The kitchen needs a few more large-group pots, pans, etc. <br/>3. Need a few more bus parking spaces beside the condo. Three different groups each had large buses and multiple vans, cars.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. I did have issues upon my arrival. Our fireplace did not work and I called for someone to fix it. We stayed around our cabin all night (Friday) and noone came. We went to activity center and again I had to call to get a code. I was told that it seemed as the battery in it was dead and we had to wait for a maintenance man to come which would be 30+ minutes. We walked back to cabin and then received a call to try another code. Yes that finally worked. We had a lot of fun. We never was able to find the pool. The 2nd bedroom was missing a remote for the TV as well. On Sunday we tried the activey center again and had the same issue getting in. I also called about our pass to parides however was never able to to reach anyone that works for that company. I did try the app. But always got a error message. When called Eden crest they could not help. It would have been less frustrating without having to call through my whole vacation.

4SA group of 17 adults and the dog this condo was perfect .

Loved the property, beautiful location. The only thing is the realty company did not let us know that the facility pool and gym room was a little ways away from lodge.
