Nestled poolside in a luxury gated community on the Kohala coast (which sport the very best beaches on the Big Island), this 1,446 square foot spacious townhome is surrounded by gorgeous lush gardens, has an open floor plan with lots of natural light and has been thoroughly renovated and tastefully decorated. Upstairs it features two bedrooms and two private bathrooms, and one-half bathroom on the main floor.
The living room with 17’ high vaulted ceilings has been upgraded with rich Mahogany floors, comfortable furniture and a new 60” HD Samsung TV with over 300 channels. The Mahogany dining table with matching chairs accommodates six. The kitchen, that was extensively renovated with Brazilian Mahogany cabinets and soft close drawers and granite counter top is fully equipped with all the tools and gadgets for the Chef at home. The main floor also has a utility closet and half bathroom. The lanai off the dining room has a view of the lush gardens.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a comfortable California king size bed and a new 50” HD Samsung TV. Watch the sunset from the lanai off the master bedroom with views over the swimming pool, gardens and Mauna Loa. The master en-suite was renovated with large ceramic tile flooring and gorgeous cabinetry with two sinks, large shower and has a separate bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, new HD 48” Samsung TV and expansive views of the Kohala mountains. Guests enjoy their own bathroom with a bathtub.
This home away from home sleeps six people comfortably and is in a great location surrounded by numerous golf courses. Only a two minute drive to Queens and Kings Shops with great restaurants and shopping, adjacent to one of the Kohala coast’s premier beaches - Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay). A short drive takes you to Mai Grille and the Club House. Five minutes North is Mauna Lani resort and shops.
