This well preserved and stately flat is an oasis in the bustling Castro District. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious kitchen, high ceilings, large windows in each room, hardwood floors throughout, deck and landscaped yard make this a fabulous place to stay. The flat is the typical Victorian layout with long hall on the right leading to the bedrooms on the left, bathrooms on the right and wide eat-in kitchen to the rear with doors opening out to the deck and yard. Living room faces the street and has large picture windows, sleeper sofa and fireplace. Adjacent bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. Next bedroom has two twin beds and large closet. Last bedroom is off the kitchen and has a full size bed, built-in hutch and window facing the yard. Two full tile bathrooms, one with shower over tub, complete the front of the house. Kitchen is huge with a pantry, up-to-date appliances, plenty of cupboard and work space, table with chairs and washer and dryer hidden in a cupboard. The eat-in kitchen leads to french doors opening out to the large deck with neighborhood views and dangling hops. Yard is beautifully landscaped with a rustic fountain, table, chairs and patio furniture in a lovely english style flowering garden. 3 blocks to the KLM, F and #24 Muni lines, restaurants, bars and shops. Excellent central location and easy to get to all points of the city in no time. Owners live in the flat above. Book early to guarantee your stay! There will be an amount of allowance for heater, Wifi and water Fee. 6 person maximum. Strict guest policy. No smoking on the premises
