This spacious, comfortable, Princeville condo is an excellent value. At Cliffs 7303, enjoy two lanais, one off the living area with a great ocean view, and one off the master bedroom, with views of the mountains and their waterfalls. This updated Kauai vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. You can even whale watch during the winter months! A brief stroll downstairs from your condo and you'll find a little corner store, bike rentals, and a wide variety of activities, from yoga to lei-making. The pool is nearby, and refreshingly cool on a hot day.
Cliffs 7303 has a private upstairs location, and you have an unobstructed view of the north shore from the front lanai, the living room, and the kitchen window. The kitchen has been recently updated, and from the window you can see the ocean and the lush grounds of the resort. A washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a cal-king bed and has sliding doors that open onto another lanai, shady and screened by tropical foliage. The upstairs loft provides a queen bed and a full bed, as well as a desk with flat screen TV, where you can work if you need to. Free wifi is provided. You'll find an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room, so there are plenty of sleeping options for your family.
Our Kauai vacation rentals at the Cliffs Resort enjoy a spacious 22 acre setting with a prime oceanfront location and numerous amenities. Guests at our condos share all that the Cliffs Resort has to offer: swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis, practice putting green, volleyball, playground, shuffleboard, oceanfront BBQ gazebo, an activities director, discounted golf packages and convenience store.
