I have rented several house on Canyon Lake this house is by far the BEST! Plenty of sleeping space. Plenty of towels (for showering)for our guest. Washer & Dryer. Large covered deck. Easy walk down to the water. A little steep coming up but not too bad. You can anchor your boat and jet skis in front of house. Hang out in the water. Plenty of room to park your boat and jet skis in driveway. Pool table in house for entertainment. Not far from boat ramp. Book this house for your next vacation at Canyon Lake you won’t be disappointed!

Great except the microwave quit working and had to use a extension cord.

We had such a great time in Canyon Lake. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and they had all the location was right off the lake. Everyone in my family enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this company!

Beautiful home on a beautiful lake!! Great place to gather all the grown children. Walking down to the water and back was a task for our 70+ year old mom and my father in law. If you have elderly parents or really small kids it is quiet the work out.! But it was a perfect spot to Paddlleboard as you are in a little protective cove. We will be back!

We had a great stay in this hill country house. The views are amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous. And every night after sunset we had a group of deer come up to hang out by the back deck. The house had all the supplies we needed. The house needs some updates, but we would still come back again!!

We had an amazing time. Everything was perfect. We have rented vacation rentals many times before, and this is the cleanest we have ever seen. Everything you would need was already there. The view is amazing. Deer at your back porch every day. The property feels secluded but is only 10 minutes away from CVS and grocery store. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We are already talking about staying at the Blue Diamond Retreat again.

Easy to get to. Everything was there that was needed to make it a great weekend getaway. Even with three teenage kids, they we able to stay occupied and had fun. Super clean with plenty of hill country to see and experience.

Loved the house. Very spacious. Not a far walk from the water. Hot water was a little bit of an issue. Other than that, me and the family loved the house

This house has plenty of room for two families (4 adults, 4 children). The lake views are breathtaking and the kids loved being able to splash around in the lake right in the back yard while the adults watched on from the gazebo. House is stocked with everything you need and very clean. Sunsets were phenomenal! We rented a pontoon from the marina one day and it was a blast, highly recommend. Deer came right up to back porch in the evenings, the kiddos were in awe! Would highly recommend this property and hope to return!

This property was perfect for our family get together! We enjoyed our views of the lake, especially the mornings and sunsets! The location was perfect. We rented a pontoon boat from Canyon Lake Marina and spent an afternoon on the lake one day and then took a short drive to Guadalupe River State park for some hiking the next day.

This place was perfect for two families. It is situated on a nice little cove so that we could float in the water and not have to worry about boat traffic. The house was a little dated, but amazingly clean with a nice patio and some updates throughout. And the price was perfect. We rented a boat one day and jet skis the next from the nearby marina. If you're looking for a good location and a great time on the lake - this is the place for you!

Second time we've stayed here and we love it. I Have rented out other homes in the area before, but have not liked those homes as much as this one. I love the spacious house,the out side porch and flat grassy area that is perfect for my small kiddos to run around. The lake is close by and the area is very private and quite. Which is perfect for my older kiddos to walk around and explore on their own. Will definitely stay here again.

Overlooking the sunrise on Canyon Lake, deer and ducks to feed, quiet walks along the shore, and family time together all made this a wonderful family gathering spot. I don't think the TV came on all 5 days. Its proximity to Austin made it easy for my working children and others to come when they were able.Since it was cold, the pool table was also a hit, as well as several board games. Could not have asked for a better spot for my family to just be together.

One of the best water access locations at Canyon! House was great...clean and comfortable with more than enough kitchen appliances. Was a little worried with one review I read, but don't know what that was about. Comfy beds as well. Beautiful view from back porch. We will return!

Me and 9 other guests LOVED our stay. What a great property and house. This was perfect for a bunch of early 30-year-olds looking for some R&R, river tubing and like life. IGNORE the previous post, I became concerned when I read the post but at the same time could tell that the "Anonymous" 1-time reviewer was at minimum embellishing his negative comments. House was clean, not dirty and smelled good everywhere. The garage smelled like a garage and not foul. That person complained about showers being too small and toilets being too low. lol not true and if it was true, that's so laughable that would be something you'd complain about. Anonymous Reviewer from Driftwood, TX.... stay there and don't reproduce.<br/>The pictures accurately describe this rental. The only thing I would say is the walk from the house to the lake is a little further than it looks but all the houses are that far up. <br/><br/>I have one gripe about in that all the fees (3 of them) and tax are added during checkout so the nightly price is very misleading.<br/><br/>House and property management were FANTASTIC

We had a wonderful experience staying at this rental property. The location was perfect and the house was very roomy and comfortable with lots of nice amenities.
