very spacious rental in a quiet neighborhood. the overlook to the golf course provided a picturesque view. one of the garage door broke during our stay but maintenance never came in time to resolve it for us. pantry and some basic kitchen necessities were lacking but able to survive. overall a great stay.

I think the photos undersold this place. It was perfect for us. We had nine women on a girls' trip and this place was ideal. Would definitely rent again. The only thing I would request in the future would be a slightly better stocked kitchen. There wasn't a fry pan which was odd, and some basic spices, zip locks, etc would be helpful.

The vacation rental at the ledges was everything we wanted and more. The location was perfect right next to the club house, it was spacious and very clean. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience from the time of selection thru check out. Great experience with staff. The home was perfect, great amenities and location. The garbage disposal was not working. The decorative curtain in the back bathroom kept falling down.

After an 18mo. Covid pause, it was great to return to the Ledges. We have rented several Ledges homes over the past 5 years. Every home has been very clean, so comfortable and a great relaxing get a way. It's like being "Home, Away from Home". So convenient to everything, but a calm and inviting atmosphere. Love to watch the golfer tee off, attend the "Prime Rib" special at the club. We also attended a live performance at Tuacahn because its so close. As repeat customers, Dan Dekker always gives us 10% discount, but would return without it. Dan, Kimber and the whole management staff make us feel like family. They make the whole process so easy, and always have the rentals in tip top shape. Now that Covid is behind us ? we shall be returning to our favorite "Get a Way". Thanks again for another great time to relax in such a calm, beautiful setting.

It was just as roomy as they advertised. It was very clean and comfortable the our whole family. We would for sure go back!

The house was incredible. Modern, spacious, well suited to our needs and then some! The mattresses are in serious need of updating. The pool needs some protection. We had two golf balls come screaming within 10 feet of us sitting by the poolside. Very dangerous!

Clean and tidy. This house has what you need for a good golf trip. We were able to walk to the pro shop, walk to the grill for breakfast, and walk to the range. We played in Mesquite and Hurricane and this was a good central location.

Clean, spacious and fun. Will stay here again!

This is a very beautiful house with amazing views and proximity for biking into Snow Canyon State Park. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils and condiments and had a nice two car garage. I would rent again, we used the pickleball courts and swimming pool and they were in great condition. This house is quite a walk from the pool though.
