With vaulted pine ceilings and a dramatic stone fireplace, the upstairs living area is prime for relaxation. Sink into leather sofas and watch shows on the 65” TV.
The lower-level living room is perfect for entertaining with two leather sofas, a 50” TV, Xbox, foosball table, and assorted games.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-appointed kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large butcher block center island with seating for four.
Set the six-person dining table for a family-style meal.
BED & BATH
The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, armchair, and 50” TV. The en-suite bath offers a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed on each level. A guest bathroom on each level includes a tub/shower combination.
A fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and toys for young children.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the spacious fenced yard. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the balcony, complete with a four-person table.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is 9 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Smoking is prohibited. VHR #2621
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
