With vaulted pine ceilings and a dramatic stone fireplace, the upstairs living area is prime for relaxation. Sink into the navy leather sofas and enjoy a movie on the 65” flat-screen TV.
The lower-level living room is perfect for entertaining kids and adults alike with two comfy leather sofas, an armchair, 50” flat-screen TV, Xbox, and assorted games.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-appointed kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large butcher block center island with seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms. Three full bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, desk, armchair, and 50” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bath offers a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 9 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Smoking is prohibited. VHR #2621
