Featuring 7 bedrooms, 4 full-sized bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen with an island and SS appliances, a formal dining room, an oversized living room, and a Florida room with a full-size bar, leads you out to a large fenced backyard, with an oversized pool & cabana. This home is centrally located and steps away from Northlake & Golf Course.
First Floor:
2 Bedrooms & 2 Converted Bedrooms / 2 Full Bathrooms
Bedroom #1: 2 Queen Beds (bathroom by hallway) – sleeps 4
Bedroom #2: 2 Queen Beds & pool view – sleeps 4
Converted Room #3: 1 Queen-sized sofa bed (pull-out) and 1 Full Bath facing the pool. – sleeps 2
Converted Room #4: 1 Queen-sized sofa bed (pull-out) – sleeps 2
This is considered our game room and can be used as a 4th room to sleep in. Originally, a garage and converted into a game room with sofa beds.
Second Floor:
3 Bedrooms / 2 Full Bathrooms
Bedroom #5: Master Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds and Full Ensuite Bathroom – sleeps 4
Bedroom #6: 2 Queen Beds and this room interconnects to Bedroom #7- sleeps 4

- Sleep up to 20 guests on actual beds.
This house has over-sized living room, full size bar, jacuzzi and pool PLUS a game room for the kids!!
** PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 10 PEOPLE (MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY) AS PER STATE REGULATIONS OF VACATION RENTALS OCCUPANCY STANDARD.
** ONLY 4 CARS ALLOWED and must be in the back driveway.

Video surveillance: The Property has video surveillance cameras placed at the parking lot area, back door hallway area, and pool area strictly for protection against insurance and theft and is not being viewed or monitored and does have recording storage capability. These cameras are not placed in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms and should you desire to have certain cameras disabled during your stay, we can accept this upon request.
Noise Aware: The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to constantly monitors the noise level in our property and it alerts us the host and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than the local city ordinance. When host/property manager will get an alert, we will kindly advise the guest to keep the noise level in the property to a minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement.
