This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in the ideal spot for your kid-friendly family! Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area. Just a short walk across the street and you are at Vons, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre! The Chateau Blanc complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything you need to keep your little ones entertained.
Inside the unit features floor to ceiling windows, wood-burning stove, vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV with DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and unobstructed views of the Sherwin mountains. The master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins, with the third bedroom featuring two twin beds, TV and DVD player.
This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to this unit, two levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. PLEASE NOTE: There is no access to laundry facilities in the unit or at the complex. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: There is nearby construction at the Mammoth Creek Park, this construction will be ongoing for the next 1 year. We have no control over town owned neighboring construction.
