Head 1 mile to the Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area (the largest rec area in SFV) for hiking and biking trails and paddle boating. Or catch a show at the CSUN Performing Arts Center, 5 miles away. You’ll also be within an hour of beautiful beaches, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, and Hollywood.
Your home is dog-friendly and includes a kennel, dog bowls, and a huge fenced backyard.
Please note, the guest house on the property is occasionally occupied by the homeowner and their dog.
