Enjoy the high ceilings and large windows providing tons of natural light in the living room by day, then cozy up by the fireplace at the end of an adventure-filled day. Need to work while away? There's an office nook just off the living area! The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen, making this the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. You'll also find a laundry room and powder room on this level. On the first floor, enter into a spacious hallway featuring a king bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second king bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and an additional full bathroom. For stays November 1, 2020 - April 5, 2021, a 7-day cancellation policy is in place for non-peak periods: Cancel prior to 7 days out from your arrival date to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night's rate and tax. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Peak periods include the following dates: December 18-January 2, February 11-20, March 5-20. For stays during these or including these dates, cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night's rate and tax. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. One night's rate will be calculated as the average nightly rate during your scheduled stay.
Traveler is responsible for cancelling within the appropriate timeframe. Travel insurance is encouraged. Not valid on stays of 30 days or more. For reservations of 30 days or more, please contact us for rates, savings, and policies. If a future town, county, state or federal ordinance is enacted preventing the completion of your reservation with Lodging In Telluride, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your reservation (or remaining nights) toward a future stay, valid for one year from the date of your cancelled or interrupted stay.
