On the lower level of the home is a king guest bedroom and a queen guest bedroom. The queen guest bedroom has a remodeled en suite bathroom. This unit was recently updated with fresh paint and a remodeled second bathroom creating the best combination of mountain modern style with easy access to skiing, hiking and necessities.

This condo easily sleeps 6 and with few kids in the mix could sleep up to 8! You'll have space to relax to the max and enjoy down time between your mountain adventures. This building also has its own pool and hot tub and features one parking space in a covered garage.

Lulu City 6F is easy walking distance to the Coonskin Chairlift (Lift 7) & is about 10 minutes walk to Colorado Avenue (Main St) walking at a leisurely pace. Clark's Grocery store is just a stone's throw from this condo. The Lulu City complex is also situated on the Galloping Goose free shuttle route which will drop you anywhere on its town loop including Town Park, the Gondola / Lift 8, or various spots on main street. Getting around town is totally doable on foot or if you have your gear easily accessible by free shuttle. Nordic skiing is a breeze, just walk out of the building and across the street to hop on Telluride's groomed Valley Floor Trail. In the summer, this same access provides a beautiful walking trail.
