When the snow falls, hit the slopes at Heavenly Ski Resort. During the warmer months, soak up the sun at El Dorado Beach and Lakeview Commons. Local restaurants and groceries are nearby, and beautiful Bijou Community Park is a short walk.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Curl up in comfort in a living room with a 39” flat-screen TV. On chilly nights, a wood-burning fireplace keeps everyone cozy. Upstairs, a lofted second living area offers a quiet space to unwind with a 19” TV, DVD player, futon, and swivel chair.
Find all the essentials needed to whip up meals in the kitchen. A five-burner gas range gives you plenty of space to cook for a crowd. When it’s time for dinner, gather around a dark wood dining table seating six.
At the front of the house, relax on a sunny deck and enjoy morning coffee.
The house accommodates twelve guests between four bedrooms.
On the entry level, the master bedroom has a queen bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage; sliding glass doors lead to a back deck with an outdoor dining table. A second bedroom comes with a queen bed. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is adjacent.
Upstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and full-size futon, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for kids with three twin beds.
The house has a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway. The boat stored on the property is not available for guest use.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
The slopes of Heavenly Ski Resort are just a 12-minute drive, making this a fabulous winter base for an alpine adventure. Come the warmer months, sprawl out on the shores of El Dorado Beach (a 5-minute drive) and bask in the sun at Lakeview Commons.
Just a 15-minute walk, Bijou Community Park has an array of outdoor activities including a basketball and volleyball court, bike park, and one of the top disc golf courses in the country.
You’re also within a 5-minute drive of several local restaurants. Head to Sprouts Cafe for wraps and freshly made soups, dig into classic English fare at MacDuff's Pub, or dine on Italian favorites at Tep’s Villa Roma.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people and 3 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in listing. VHR lic. #102126.
