Description
Welcome to Catch Me by the Sea, a newly built home in the coastal beach community of “The Ivy.” This modern, decorated two-story home has three bedrooms, 5 beds and 2.5 baths that sleep 10 guests.
As you walk up to the front porch, you'll be greeted by a lovely dining room and an open floorplan with a living room, TV, and breakfast bar in a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy cooking meals for family and entertaining friends. There is a full-size LG washer and dryer just off the kitchen. The second floor features a spacious master suite with a King bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfy Queen-size bed, while the third bedroom holds two Full-size beds, which is perfect for kids or multiple families! If you're looking for additional sleeping arrangements this home is also equipped with a sleeper sofa. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. There is also an outdoor shower, beach amenities and Weber grill for your use.
“Catch Me by the Sea” is in a prime location and close to everything you need! We are on the east end of the scenic 30A - just half a mile from Inlet Beach Regional Public Beach access in South Walton County, which includes free parking, restrooms, showers, bike racks, and ADA accessibility. We are just minutes from the famed Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach- while Panama City Beach is only a short drive away. Nearby is Camp Helen State Park, a place to explore many activities such as hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing (fresh & saltwater), and wildlife viewing. You'll also enjoy being within a short distance of fantastic restaurants, entertainment, boutique shops, health and beauty services, and what the surrounding 30A community offers!
This home has a one-car garage and a two-car paved driveway that will easily accommodate up to three cars. Please do not park on the grass or the street, as this is prohibited. Towing is strictly enforced in this neighborhood.
**Inlet Beach is a growing and thriving community; there will be new construction as new homes are being built in this neighborhood. Please be advised that you may experience some disturbances during your stay from the construction noise.**
