Southern California living at its finest! We invite you to our sprawling single-level La Jolla estate situated on nearly half acre lot and comprised of nearly 4,000 square feet of living space. Located in prestigious “Lower Hermosa” area of La Jolla, we are within easy walking distance to the beach and near renowned Windansea Beach. Our home boasts 4 bedrooms + 4.5 bathrooms, pool and hot tub with a separate pool house, 2-car garage, and is the perfect private getaway for up to 10 guests.
The Entry
Relax in privacy in this wonderfully designed u-shaped home with walled and tree-lined perimeters so that no neighbors or pedestrians can see our yard. Beautiful mahogany gates and a grand stone walk way greet you at the front entrance. Once inside, the modern pool and sprawling backyard are visible through multiple windows and sliding glass doors. The Southern California lifestyle flows easily from the main house out onto the pool area and pool house courtyard.
The West Wing
The West wing of the home includes a gourmet chef’s kitchen with a large central island, stunning marble counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf cook top, Sub Zero refrigerators and wine cooler, as well as a Miele oven, dishwasher and built-in espresso machine. An open floorplan allows a great room with fireplace to flow seamlessly from the kitchen. you will also find a large laundry room, powder room, and the first bedroom with walk-in closet.
The East Wing
On the East wing you’ll find 2 additional large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Down the hall is the deluxe master suite which also boasts an en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, as well as a walk-in closet and direct access to the pool courtyard area.
The Backyard and Pool House
Detached from the main residence you’ll love the spacious pool house fully equipped with a wet bar, dishwasher, full bath, and an extra-large steam room. The pool house also has a built-in exterior fireplace immediately adjacent to the pool and Jacuzzi. Surrounded by lush trees allows for the utmost in privacy and truly an entertainer’s delight! There is a driveway and 2 car garage parking available for our guests (note the second 2 car garage is for owner's use).

Surf some of the historic and famous waves at Windansea Beach located just down the street from our home. La Jolla Shores and Tourmaline Surf Park are also nearby surf and swim friendly spots located within 5 minutes of our home.
The nightlife always has something going on, no matter what day of the week. Catch a show at The Comedy Store or enjoy a special upscale meal at The Marine Room or George’s at the Cove. All of our guests receive a comprehensive list of local recommended restaurants, activities, and attractions, most of which can also be found on our website!
