Sary May was our vacation planner, & she was extremely helpful. It was a last minute decision for us, but she gave us a great deal! The chalet was very clean and nice. However, after your office hours, it was very difficult trying to reach someone to help, and when we did, no one ever came to bring us what we had asked for! The first night, after being out late, we could not get into the chalet. Our code would not work, but finally we were able to get someone to help. It would have been nice if a representative could have met us there when we arrived to give us a few instructions, to double check on the # of towels/wash cloths, and to tell us if there was anything in the chalet that would help us with our stay, like in one of the bathrooms, the facet for the tub/shower was installed improperly and the first shower we took was very cold.

The top floor was beautiful and the the view as equally beautiful. We had an issue with the heat the first night but it was quickly fixed by the next morning. Our fireplace kept us all warm throughout the house. We also had an issue with the entry pass code and the alarm code. It's definitely not going to keep us from renting this condo again. We had a great weekend there.

Very nice place. Great view and it was nice to sit outside on the deck and enjoy it. Very spacious 3 bedroom condo, and it was a nice surprise to see that the outdoor pool was enclosed so we could still enjoy it during the cooler months.<br/><br/>Our only issue was that the deck and chair were all covered in dust or pollen and had to be wiped down before we could enjoy them, but many plants and trees were in bloom so it's not too surprising.

We booked another rental initially for our 24 member church group and due to circumstances out of our control, we were moved to this rental. We had never seen it and had no idea what we were in for. The rental did not look like anything spectacular on the outside BUT ON THE INSIDE. Immaculate! Beautiful! Eden crest placed us right where we needed to be. We were close to town, we had a beautiful view from the third floor. We were able to take the kids on a nature trail. Full kitchens on every floor. An internal staircase to every level which made this rental like a three story house. Our kids loved it. Out adults loved it. Anything we needed was just a phone call away and Eden Crest took care it. We will definitely be back and our group wants to stay in the same place! Thanks Eden Crest for everything!

The place is very clean and had more than we expected. The amenities listed on the Airbnb ad were limited. However, it does have a washer and dryer, iron, dishwasher, dishes, some cookware and soaps/shampoos. The location is close enough to town and very close to Dollywood. <br/><br/>The only issue we had was the TV in the main room does not change channels. So, if CNN is your cup of tea, you&#x2019;ll love it. It also does NOT hook to WiFi so we couldn&#x2019;t watch Netflix. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there so television would&#x2019;ve been a nice feature. Also, the people on the second floor were so loud and had some young kids. It sounded like they were in our place and you could hear them running and screaming. <br/><br/>Other than that, we loved the place and would definitely stay again.

Had an awesome time. Beautiful scenery . Good food . Look forward to coming back again soon but on the bottom floor this time because it was very hard for me to get up two flights of stairs with my condition .<br/> The staff was very helpful .

No hot tube, One of the bathroom door lock was broken. Everything else was good. Alarm code given in the e mail was wrong. So when i opened the door i couldn't stop that alarm and it keeps beeping for 25 minutes. Almost everyone got there.

The family had a wonderful time driving around SMNP and the surrounding area. The rental unit was conveniently located to area attractions.

Great stay

We arrived on Saturday evening at the address we were given to find out that we had to go to office in Wears Valley to register, but were only given a code to enter. We couldn't understand why we could not have been given the code to enter since we were already at the property. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned and the water/ice maker didn't work on front of fridge. The maintenance person came Sunday and said it had frozen up, but was still not working when we left on Monday. The maintenance man also had to fix fireplace as it wasn't working. Over all, we had a nice relaxing visit.
