Respect for NeighborsKeep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.Be mindful of parking and do not block driveways or access points.2. Maximum OccupancyThe property is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.3. No Parties or EventsParties, events, or gatherings are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of your stay.4. No SmokingSmoking, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if available.5. PetsPets are only allowed in pet specified properties. Management must be notified if guest(s) are bringing pets. If not notified and if guest(s) brings a pet into a non specified pet friendly property, management reserves the right to charge guest a minimum $700 charge and management reserves the right to terminate guest stay (no refund will be issued).6. CleanlinessPlease care for the property. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.Notify us immediately of any spills or damages.7.
