Brockway Springs is a private, gated development right on the water with a half-mile of private lakefront. Take a dip in the pool heated by natural hot springs. Other amenities include a children’s wading pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, saunas, and a dock.
Walk to downtown Kings Beach for dining and entertainment. You’re just a quick drive to golf courses and a plethora of alpine and nordic ski areas. Take a lake cruise or try your luck at Crystal Bay Casino. With so many options, everyone wins!
ABOUT THE CONDO
Whether you’ve spent the day on the lake, by the pool, or on the slopes, you’ll be glad to have a such a comfortable space to reconnect with your group in the evening. Relax on sofa, love seat, and recliner in the living room, or host a family game night. Watch the latest movies on the 40” flat-screen TV with DVD. An office nook offers a convenient desk.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters and a breakfast bar with seating for four; the open floor plan allows you to enjoy the conversation even while preparing meals. When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table. Or fire up the BBQ and eat at the four-person balcony table amid stunning lake and mountain views.
Just off the living room, the master bedroom features a plush queen bed and 36” flat-screen TV. A sliding glass door leads to the patio -- the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom has a dual vanity, a separate water closet, and walk-in shower.
On the opposite side of the condo, there are two guest bedrooms. The first has two twin beds, while the second features a queen bed and partial lake views. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination sits between these rooms.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Unreserved parking is available for two vehicles in the gated outdoor lot. Complimentary Wi-Fi and beach chairs are provided. Laundry facilities are located on the tower’s lower level.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Please note check-in time is 4pm -- this is an HOA regulation and Property Manager is unable to grant earlier access.
