Rest and Relaxation is more than just the name of this beautiful vacation home on the Intracoastal Waterway. Situated on a quiet street, this home is a short walk to the beach. Relax on the back deck and watch the boats coast by. A screened porch allows bug-free viewing of the Intracoastal in the twilight. The private floating dock is great to fish from or to dock your boat. The gazebo is a great place to grab some more R&R. After enjoying your day of total relaxation on the outside, rest comfortably in this beautifully decorated home. A spacious living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and a separate den offer peaceful indoor options for the less adventurous in your family. The master suite, with private bathroom, is upstairs with a king size bed and a view of the waterway. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are also upstairs, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twins. The downstairs master suite, with private bathroom has a king size bed. The separate den has a futon/couch and TV. There is a TV in the living room and the master suite, as well. With only a short walk away from a fresh seafood market, restaurants, a candy store and a bandstand for weekly entertainment during the summer rental season. No Smoking and No Pets. BED LINENS (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. 10% Military Discount with ID.
