This home is located in the beautiful and quiet area of North Estates, just a half-mile to the lake.
The main living area on the first floor is stylishly detailed with vaulted ceilings, large windows, custom chandeliers, and a wood-burning fireplace. Furnished with two sofas and a 42” TV with cable.
On the second floor, a loft area includes a full-size sleeper sofa, a skylight, a 37” TV equipped with a DVD player, an HDMI port, and a full-size arcade -- play classics like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger!
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
Whip up a hearty breakfast and enjoy your meal at the kitchen bar for three. Or dine in the sunshine at the five-person table, situated next to the wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the deck.

This home sleeps eight adults.
The master offers a stately king bed and a private deck. An air hockey table offers additional entertainment. The guest bedroom provides a twin bed with a twin trundle, and a guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Find two more bedrooms: one with a twin bed with a twin trundle and direct access to the deck and the other with a queen-size bed. A guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower with built-in bench seating.
Family fun awaits at this exceptional rental boasting abundant outdoor space. Shoot hoops in the basketball goal in the driveway, play a friendly game of horseshoes while dinner sizzles on the gas grill, and enjoy tranquil evenings soaking in the bubbling hot tub on the private deck. The home has a single wall heater in the living room and does not have central air conditioning or central heating. Space heaters are located in each bedroom.
The City of Big Bear Lake requires a face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at check-in.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
