140 Bonita Court is located near a quiet cul-de-sac in a family-friendly, waterfront neighborhood on Marco Island. The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas and is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.
As soon as you walk in the door, you’ll see the front living room. This living room has beautifully tiled floors, high ceilings, and a sleek wall-mounted flat screen TV. The rear wall of the living room features a huge sliding glass door leading out to the pool.
The living room flows into a formal dining room that has modern decorative accents like a stunning chandelier and classic wooden dining room table with seating for six. A wood paneled wall creates a cool and stylish vibe in this area, and a large window overlooking the front of the property allows plenty of natural light to flow through.
Just around the corner from the living and dining room is the fully furnished kitchen. This beautiful central hub is complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, decorative lighting and an elevated snack bar with seating for three. The kitchen flows into a beautiful breakfast nook; a glass table surrounded by windows overlooking the pool. This is a great place to enjoy breakfast in the morning!
When family members need a little peace and quiet, there are three impressive bedrooms tucked away from the common areas. The first is the master suite, which has a King size bed, elegant wood accents, vaulted ceilings, and private access to the pool. The master bath is like a mini spa retreat, as it features a giant walk-in glass enclosed shower, deep tub set under a large window, extended vanity area, and plenty of storage space.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and boasts a simple elegance. This bedroom has private access out to the patio and overlooks the calm waters of the channel. This welcoming bedroom is just steps from a family bathroom, which has a tiled, glass enclosed shower and vanity area.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and subtle beach-inspired décor, perfect for kids or adults. This room has a large dresser to keep your belongings organized, and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
This incredible outdoor entertainment terrace is a hot spot for families who want to soak up some sun and really experience the Marco Island waterfront lifestyle. The covered patio features an upscale dining set with a large table and seating for six. There are also reclining sun loungers spread out along the pool deck for guests who want to work on their tan. Change up your lunch plans one day and use the large modern BBQ to prepare a poolside lunch for the family.
