Property Manager presents “Blue View” the luxurious beach vacation home you have been searching for! This home offers three stories of beautiful views of the Gulf and just steps away from Seaside Town Center. “Blue View” is a 4BR/4.5BTH home that can accommodate 12 guests during your beach vacation.
This newly constructed and designer home was recently featured in Garden & Gun's national magazine in the April and May edition as a 'dreamy beach bungalow' which you will experience during your stay! The first floor offers a guest bedroom featuring two queen sized beds, a bunk nook with a twin over twin bunk, and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The next guest bedroom offers two twin xl beds and a private bathroom with a glass shower. One of the two laundry rooms is located on the first floor, as well as a charming living space for convenience.
The second floor offers two additional bedrooms. The master suite features a king sized bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sink vanity with no detail spared. The final bedroom offers a queen size bed and private bathroom with a glass shower and a dual-sink marble vanity. Beautiful living space is available with comfortable seating and access to the balcony that boast stunning views of Seaside. Additional laundry room is available on the second floor.
The third floor of this elegant beach home provides incredible views of the gulf and white sandy beaches. With vaulted ceilings, natural light pours into the den that openly flows into the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large marble center island, and beautiful open shelving. The cozy breakfast nook is perfect for those wanting to accompany the chef at work, or curl up with a good book. The lovely dining table showcases unobstructed views of the gulf and accommodates 10 guests. Off of the cozy den you will find the balcony featuring an outdoor swing bed that is heavenly for afternoon naps and plenty more comfortable seating!
