Located directly on Little Lagoon, this 2BR/2BA duplex provides an expansive deck space, covered outdoor area with a propane grill, and access to kayaks and bikes. Affectionately known as Blue Heron East, this unit is also conveniently situated just 2 blocks from a gorgeous white-sand beach.
Popular attractions, local shops, and favorite restaurants are all located within a short drive, walk, or bike ride away.

A sunlit living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and 32” flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
A well-equipped kitchen is configured with a full suite of appliances and additional helpful gadgets including a toaster and blender.
When your tasty meals are ready, gather at the high-top table with four chairs or perch the at kitchen bar with three chairs.

This second-story duplex sleeps six guests in two bedrooms and one sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, 32” Roku TV, and a private balcony. An en-suite master bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

A lovely covered deck is located underneath the duplex and provides a propane grill and ample seating. Enjoy incredible views of the lagoon from the upstairs multi-level deck, or launch a kayak on the water to experience it first-hand.

This unit provides bikes and kayaks. Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for up to two cars (one in the carport and one in the driveway). Please note that no RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, or 4-wheelers are available for parking.

All outdoor spaces (balcony and carport) are shared with the adjoining unit, which can also be rented for larger groups.
