This gorgeous duplex is located just 230 steps from the beach and awaits you for your next fun filled family vacation! This home has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway and features tons of upgrades that gives this home a luxurious feel.
House Layout:
4 Bedrooms / 4 Bathrooms / Sleeps 10.

Level 1:
Main Entrance to Home.
Laundry Room: Full Washer and Dryer.
First Floor Suite: Queen Bed with access to backyard and attached full bath featuring a walk in shower.
Backyard: Grilling station adjacent to an outdoor bar featuring Edison string lights.

Level 2:
Kitchen: Fully stocked with cooking supplies, drip coffee pot, island with seating for 4, table with seating for 6.
Living Room: Seating consisting of a couch and 2 accent chairs with Smart TV.
Deck: Access from the living room, Seating for 4 people.
Kids Bedroom: Bunkbed with twin over double bed plus twin trundle.
Hall Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub combo.

Level 3
Master Bedroom: King size bed, walk in closet, attached bath with jacuzzi tub, shower, and access to private deck.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed.
Hall Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub combo.

Crib located in home for guest use. Sheets not provided.

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items
Things to Do:
Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!

Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.
NO Smoking inside, outside or in common areas downstairs.
