ALL UNITS ARE LOCATED ON THE 2ND or 3RD FLOOR
This condo is located on the 3rd floor and has an open living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twins and 2 fulls. There a two full baths, one in each bedroom. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only. Oh, did I mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community charcoal grills, community game room, a playground, and a private boardwalk to the beach. All units have private balconies to enjoy gulf views and breezes.
Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:
Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA

I just wanted to point out a couple of minor maintainence issues.
1. The towel bar in the 2nd bath needs to be re-installed. It seems like the parts are all there.
2. the rug in the kitchen may need a anti-skid mat.
3. the lock box was a little tricky to figure out.

The only thing I though that could use an update was the silver wear and a few lots and pots.. Otherwise a great condo!! Would definately go again... Close to the beach with a perfect walkway...
