White Sands Village #135 is a traveler’s paradise, with all the amenities needed to relax after a long day exploring the island. Come make memories in this newly painted two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. Steps away from the iconic Magic Sands Beach.
As you enter the home you will see the kitchen stocked full of all the essentials to make a fantastic meal. The open floor plan allows for uninterrupted conversation with your company in the dining room and living room. Dine inside or outside at either of the dining tables. Enjoy some Hawaiian tunes on the stereo or watch your favorite movie or show as you wind down your day. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, queen size bed and smart TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a guest bathroom accessible from the hallway and features a full shower and bathtub.
Relax on the large, private lanai while enjoying the peekaboo ocean view. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee on your lanai while taking in the scents of the local flowers and the ocean. After a long day in the sun, you can close up the home and cool down with the AC.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
White Sands Village is located across the street from popular White Sands Beach and along the iconic Ali’i Drive. Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill as well, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.
Amenities on site include pool, spa, BBQ and picnic area. After a day of hiking, rest your tired bones in the sauna or relax by the pool with one of the books from the travel library. If you are feeling competitive, play a few rounds of 8 Ball on the communal pool table.
Please note: While this is a first floor unit, there are a few steps up to the elevator to take you up from the ground floor. There is also a set of steps to take you from the elevator to the unit making it not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children the lanai is not childproof. This home has central AC.
**Starting Jan. 30th, 2023 the tennis court replacement will resume. Our contractors are required to work only during allowable construction hours of Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm. You will hear demolition noise and there will be dust. In the coming weeks you may see/hear dump trucks and other construction noises. The contractor will primarily access the construction site using the driveway on the south side at our Keauhou Bldg. We ask that you please take extra caution when entering or exiting the driveway. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.**
**The Hawai?i County Department of Parks and Recreation closed La?aloa Beach Park (the closed parking lot including the cultural sites along the water that are across from the Keauhou Bldg driveway). The south end of Magic Sands Beach Park is also closed for construction improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months. The beach portion of the park remains open and Water Safety Officers of the Hawai?i Fire Department continue their oversight of ocean activities there.
