Gorgeous ocean views, highlighted with lush floral gardens make this unit one of the best locations in the prestigious Na Hale O Keauhou resort in Kailua Kona. Enjoy TWO view lanais in this 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath air conditioned townhome.
"Hale Seal" is the name lovingly given to this island getaway that features Hawaiian furnishings throughout. The open living area allow for views from the living room, dining area AND kitchen. Large windows make for a bright and airy space to relax and enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes. Cozy sofa folds out to a sleeper to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
The roomy primary bedroom has its own private VIEW lanai as well as a large king size bed and walk-in closet. En suite bathroom offers a dual sink granite vanity with tiled shower and separate large soaking tub.
You'll find a queen size bed in the second bedroom along with a flat screen Smart TV for catching up on your fave Netflix shows before bed. Additional full sized bathroom conveniently located within the guest room.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything the home chef needs including new stainless appliances with ice maker and microwave, Keurig coffee machine, plate ware, flatware, pots & pans and cooking utensils. The outdoor dining set competes with the interior bamboo table with cushioned chairs for your entertainment pleasure. Enjoy the view while using the gas BBQ on the downstairs lanai.
It's just a short leisurely stroll from Hale Seal to the swimming pool and spa area that also includes a fully equipped gym.
Keauhou Shopping Center, featuring restaurants, KTA Super Store, Bank of Hawaii, Longs Drugs, health clinics and a cinema are less than a mile away.
The resort is very close to golf clubs, beaches, snorkeling and surfing as well as many other sports, eating and shopping facilities that Keauhou and Kailua-Kona are known for.
Please note: This is a two-story home with no bedrooms or showers located on the main floor and is not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children, the home has an open lanai downstairs and is not childproof. This home has central AC.
**The pool/spa area will be closed May 1st through the 8th (depending on weather) for pool/spa/kiddie pool coping repairs and rec. area deck repairs/maintenance. The fitness room may be open during this time, but entry to the room will be redirected (keep an eye out for signage). Restrooms will be open, but only via access through the gate on the south side of the rec. building.**
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
