There is a pull-out couch in the living room & an additional full bathroom. The guest house is upstairs & features a small kitchenette & pullout sofa, & private bathroom. The views are spectacular from the lanai!
NEW: Both homes have AC throughout!
**Please Note: The pool and slide to the pool are not fenced off. There is a gate to the beach but it is not locked. While we welcome children the home is NOT childproof. Please use caution throughout the home.
