With a large yard, picnic-style seating and BBQ grill outside, and a generous upstairs deck that stretches the length of the house, there’s plenty of outdoor space to spread out.
Inside, find a generous open-concept living area, second living space upstairs and four bedrooms with beds, sleeper sofas and daybeds ready to accommodate any size group. A 5-minute walk to the beach and a short drive up the coast will find you at the beautiful Galveston Seawall, with plenty of activities for the whole family.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This split level home has a large open-concept living area with two couches and a 32” flat-screen TV. A dining area is defined by the same flexible layout with chairs and bench-style seating for six adults or eight with kids in the mix, and there’s bar seating at the kitchen for an extra three.
One of the sofas converts to a full sleeper. Upstairs, a wide landing with daybed can be used as a second living space, or turn it into a twin bed for an extra guest.
There are four bedrooms, each with a different sleeping configuration. Choose the master bedroom, with a queen bed and futon sofa that converts to a full bed, or take advantage of the privacy in the second bedroom, with a comfortable queen bed.
The third bedroom is perfect for the kids - two twin bunks over full beds with pull-out beds beneath mean that eight people can have a cozy sleepover. In the fourth bedroom, you'll find two full beds on futon frames. Plus there’s a sleeper sofa downstairs and a daybed in the landing-- resulting in a 16-person capacity.
Head outside and take advantage of the huge yard, with a patio featuring picnic-style seating and a grill. The second floor has a long deck with more seating as well -- just the place to enjoy a morning coffee and contemplate the fun-packed day ahead.
This home is located just west of Buccaneer Boulevard, which is the main entrance to beautiful Pirates Beach. Stroll to the beach in minutes!
You can also walk to the General Store, Pirates Liquor, and Allex's Seafood Market to pick up vacation supplies.
Hop in the car and take a pleasant trip along the coastline to the Seawall Boulevard, where you can choose from peaceful fishing, sunbathing or excellent walks. Families will appreciate the huge range of child-friendly activities, from the Galveston Go Kart Centre to Magic Carpet Mini Golf.
At the end of the day, everyone will appreciate the wide range of great restaurants to offer - choose Jimmy’s on the Pier or Detroit Style Pizza for casual eats or sample some of the excellent seafood restaurants along the coast.
