One of a kind West Side house in Bend!

This beautifully appointed, 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom, home in Bend is centrally located near shops, restaurants, parks and pubs. You are a short walk or bike-ride from Harmon Park and Drake Park, as well as Galveston Ave.

This home is full of bright light and has vaulted ceilings upstairs in both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, large bathroom with double sinks and a stand alone shower, as well as a large covered deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on. The second bedroom is adjacent to the hall bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo. Outside of the bedrooms is a small seating area at the top of the stairs. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows on almost every wall allowing so much natural light.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar opening up to the living room. There is a large dining room table for dinner parties and the living room has a 4K UHD projector and a 90" screen on the wall. As you head out to the yard, there is a Traeger smoker to cook delicious meals, a patio dining area, as well as a sitting area with a gas fire pit.
