Belle la Mer (Beautiful Sea) is a truly beautiful sight to see!
This brand new (2021) Inlet Beach FL residence overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with sweeping unobstructed 180 degree views. Being separated from the Gulf by only a small county park with three beach accesses, enjoy a one minute stroll without stairs to the water. There are incredible views of natural vegetation and sand dunes with a beach and Gulf backdrop from most windows in this luxurious custom built home (Brian Stackable -Architect; Corestruction- builder).
Numerous special, and even unique features abound, including up to 7 bedrooms (5 are king bedroom suites, 1 has a queen trundle pullout, 1 has a custom built 4 person bunk and an additional queen trundle pullout) ; 6 full baths; 2 half baths. We comfortably sleep up to 19 guests.
There is an artificial reef for snorkeling and diving 300 yards right off our beach. Seasonal presence of a lifeguard; very nice public bathroom facility; showers/foot-wash are also provided. Close by Camp Helen State Park is an easy 10 minute stroll on the beach to the east.
Rivaling any five star resort, Belle la Mer offers a 38 foot luxurious private pool with a sun-shelf and in pool seating. Watch the big game or exciting movie while lounging in the pool from our cabana located 85 inch TV/Sonos sound system. Stay warm on a cool evening around the natural gas firepit. The spacious pool cabana with a 20ft ceiling has a custom kitchen including Scotsman specialty ice maker, laundry, and half bath as well as an outside shower, Blaze natural gas barbecue grill.
Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the Forever Lawn synthetic turf backyard for yoga or children play area. A Forever Lawn Bocce/Corn-hole court is in the front yard near the expansive covered porch. The best outdoor ping pong table (Cornilleau Park model) adjoins the pool area, which can also serve as a large dining table.
With at least 24 hour advance notice, our pool can be heated to 86 degrees. The spa area is considered a pool feature only. Higher temperature heating and spa jets are NOT offered as part of rental agreement for safety/insurance reasons.

Cabana: Spacious climate-controlled area with 20 ft ceiling; 85 inch TV with Sonos sound system; custom kitchen, laundry, half bath; nearby outside shower; Blaze barbecue grill; Scotsman specialty ice-maker.

Parking: 3 vehicle driveway parking and 2 vehicle front parking pad. Secure gated large property with lush tropical landscaping (over 30 palm trees on property).
