An enviable position on a Colorado River inlet and a private backyard boat tie-off make daily aquatic adventures a breeze. Return to dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy views and alfresco meals on the balcony.
Inside, a billiards table, ping pong table, foosball table, and other games offer hours of amusement. Other highlights include a modern kitchen, multiple living areas, and a spacious layout.
LIVING AREA
Plush furnishings set the scene for comfortable gatherings in the main living area. Bring along favorite DVDs for the multiple flat-screen TVs.
An adjacent second living area is anchored by an electric fireplace. The nearby combination billiards/ping pong table is ideal for pool or ping pong tournaments.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops in the well-equipped kitchen. As dinner simmers, perch at the bar for six.
The table in the first dining area seats six, while a table in the second dining area seats eight.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps 18 guests between three bedrooms and the loft.
The master bedroom holds a king-size bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a deep jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms each include a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Open to the living area below, the loft boasts a flat-screen TV, comfy furnishings, and a foosball table. Ample sleeping space includes three twin-size daybeds (each with a twin trundle below) and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
A half bath off the kitchen provides added convenience for all guests.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Soak up the sun and enjoy the view from the infinity edge of the pool (7’ deep).
The covered patio is outfitted with a comfy seating area and a dining table for four. Barbecue authentic Texan meals on the charcoal smoker or grill some burgers on the four-burner propane grill with side burner. A handsome granite dining table seats 12 to festive outdoor meals and game nights.
Later, unwind in the hot tub or gather by the wood-burning firepit. With a Colorado River canal in your backyard, you can go fishing or boating at any time! A private tie-up boat ramp provides convenient access to the water. (Please note, from the canal out to the river, there is a bridge with a 6’ clearance.)

The pool can be heated during the cooler months for $200 per day. Please contact Property Manager at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like to have the pool heated.
